Décevant. Rien. La literie est pleine de taches et sale. Les couettes à l’intérieur sont vraiment sales. La vue donnait directement sur la rue. Il était impossible de dormir en raison de l’absence totale d’isolation phonique. Durant la semaine de notre séjour, une personne se produisait régulièrement dans la rue afin de recueillir de l’argent, situation à la fois regrettable et pénible à constater. Le bruit résonnait fortement, rendant le sommeil impossible avant 1 h du matin. La rue est exclusivement composée d’hôtels. Nous avons utilisé le spa en fin de journée, vers 18 h. L’accès au hammam et au sauna a été compliqué, la responsable semblant réticente à mettre les installations en fonctionnement. Elle nous parlait uniquement en turc, ce qui ne facilitait pas l’accès au spa. Lorsque nous avons pris le temps de lui parler longuement en arabe, elle a soudainement changé de discours et a finalement allumé le hammam. En revanche, le sauna est resté indisponible, sous prétexte d’un temps de chauffe trop long. Nous avions pourtant choisi cet hôtel principalement pour son spa. Par ailleurs, l’organisation sur plusieurs étages n’est pas pratique, notamment pour les personnes qui auraient la possibilité d’accéder au sauna, ce qui n’a pas été notre cas. Enfin, la piscine n’était pas chauffée, l’eau étant extrêmement froide..
