Would not stay here again.. The staff was nice.. Hotel needs a lot of upgrades. Broken title, wasn’t clean properly, ceiling had brown stains, toilet didn’t work properly, ants (in the winter too?), and more..

Double charged me and won’t refund me what they overcharged! They have been giving me the run around for MONTHS now!. I paid online through the Best Western app before trip. When I got to the hotel they told me that I had to pay again because the first charge was just a hold that I would see released back to my account. I was promised and assured that I would NOT be charged twice…..I got charged twice. I have now written to them and best western guest relations for months!! Still have not received my money back for the over charged night! My visit was end of may/beginning of June and we are now at the end of Sept! I did receive an email mid August saying that their accounting department was off till Sept and they would refund me the first week of September….yup, never happened. They will NOT respond to any of my emails now. I think they’re hoping the longer they put it off, I’ll forget. I won’t forget! I wonder how many people don’t notice or give up when they’re double charged by this hotel?. .

Comfy to have a proper rest !. Comfort mostly !. Mostly the bathroom floor because it’s extremely cold because of the material and heating in the bathroom wasn’t the best tho..

I feel like the experience was the worth the rate we paid.. I liked the restaurant. The service was great and the staff was very friendly.
The location was convenient for getting to the airport.
The room was a good size for a family of three. The beds were comfortable.. The restroom was a bit dirty. The shower tub was stained. The toilet had a leak so the tile smelled like urine. It was also stained with urine. The fridge also didn’t work so our milk went bad..

Great stay. This hotel was very clean. Receptionist a little unwelcoming, not sure if he didn't talk to much English. No name badge either. Didn't show us how to get to our room. Other than that the stay was really nice. Clean room as well. Only thing that let the room down was, it doesn't have a ceiling light at all. Very welcoming at breakfast even know again no name badge by some of the men that greeted us. The women on breakfast every nice and a little funny 😁. Selection on breakfast was ok but I am not sure being from England was expecting some more hot food. Didn't eat the sausage or bacon as was smoked and didn't taste nice to me.
I would stay again.. .
