Terrible experience and poor service from management. nothing. The hotel was atrocious.
The pictures show beautiful facilities until you arrive and are faced with the worst rooms and unsanitary experience.
Bathroom walls full of black mould. Dirty toilets and shower area and the stench is something else.
I complained the first night and the manager offered to move us but the 2nd room was just as bad.
The next morning, the shower flooded and that was the final straw.
We demanded a full refund but were offered a 4 night refund, which I accepted. The next day, the hotel declined a refund - after committing to it. This hotel cost €450/500 which was not worth it..

Would happily stay again with my family. Friendly staff. Good food. Location. Hot water always. Check in and out times adjusted easily. 24 hr shops nearby. Easy uber access. TV fixed quickly. Fresh towels always. Heating put on each morning. Many charging plugs. Beds were so comfortable. Rooms spacious. Elevator always worked for us too!. No kettle in room had to ask for drinkable hot water from the kitchen anytime we needed it and ask for toilet paper to be put in the room. Shower head fell and injured my foot as the holder wasn't secure, but otherwise no major issues at all..
