Soundproofing is very poor, and you can hear the corridor and neighbors very well during the night. It's surrounded by many cafes that operate at night, making it good for an overnight stay and a late dinner upon arrival.. There is a very intense smell in the area. We read after arrival that it's due to leather manufacturing and chemical production. We cannot open the windows, so we're forced to sleep with the air conditioner on. Not a hotel fault, but it was quite a discomfort, and if we had to stay longer than one night, we would for sure relocate..
