. The location was very close to the things we wanted to visit. The place was very dirty, the receptionist was very mean she mistook counting the dollar to tl and she took way more than the booking price, she yelled at us and kept talking Turkish when we wanted her to explain why and showing her the maths and left the desk.

odporná katastrofa bez teplé vody. dobrá lokalita. úplná katastrola, starý, prokouřený kuřácký pokoj bez teplé vody..ze čtyřech recepčních, kteří se během pobytu vystřídali na recepci uměl alespoň základně anglicky jen jeden, kterému se dal zaplatit pobyt kartou, jinému recepčnímu jsem asi 2minuty vysvětlovat, že by se mi hodil mít v koupelně (od nich nepřipravený) toaletní papír, než pochopil, co po něm chci...

Tatil için geldim.. Personeli çok iyi,konumu mükemmel.. Çok eski otel,duş kabini yok,su çok sıcak değil,klima baya uğraştırıyor,koridordaki sesler içeride..

В целом за такую цену это было предсказуемо, но очень прям уставший дряхленький отель. Расположение супер. Отличный вид из нашего номера на Хайдарпаша, пролив. До остановки Хаваист и Хавабас 1 минута через дорогу, автобусы в любое направление, станция метро, паромы, базарчик, хорошие кафе и ресторанчики, куча магазинчиков, аптек, обменники.. Нужен грамотный ремонт отелю, хорошие вложения, выигрывает только за счёт местоположения. Сантехника ужасная, в ванной на стенах наклеена плёнка с имитацией кафеля, душевая просто углубление в полу 40*40см, шторки нет. Постельное бельё видавшее не один десяток посетителей не лучшего качества, полотенца серого цвета, такой же тюль на окнах, мебель середины прошлого века. Дверь как картонка, ночью слышно все, что происходит в коридоре, благо соседи были одни, это наши друзья, на нашем этаже мужской санузел общий, ночью там кто-то громко мылся, это был просто трэш. Спасла усталость и желание спать. Вайфай очень слабый, только на этаже..

An okay place for a few nights but desperately needs renovation. The location is perfect - in the center od Kadikoy, near the seaside. It's close to the bus and ferry stations. It's easy to get everywhere from here. The service was really nice. The staff did not know English that well, but it was not the biggest problem. They were very nice, they offered to do cleanings drequently, they let us to leave our bags for a few hours after we moved out, they chatted with us. Also, their little black kitten was so cute!. With a heavy heart (I really liked the staff) I have to say, that room they offered was in a desperate need of a deep cleaning and (even more) of renovation. The bathroom was small, it did not have any ventilation, which made the room take on all the moisture that was created during the showers. The tiles were not that clean and the shower base had a set of strange, yellowish stains. The room itselfalso had a few problems. Some cables were not properly isolated and worn out, which caused the fridge to stop working. Two of three windows were blocked by a strange cardboard, the view from the third one was marvelous tho. The wooden floor boards were also pretty worn out, which caused them to look really dirty..

Good for short stay and good for this price. But of course there will be no luxury.. I especially liked the hospitality of the hotel owner. He was so kind and was offering me tea at the evenings, which was very lovely. The location is also very good because close to this place there is ferry that frequently goes to the European side of the Istanbul.. There was no curtains in shower so water was everywhere in bathroom after showering..
