Berbatt. 4 kişilik oda tutmuştuk bize 1 çift kişilik yatak bir çekyat tarzı birsey verdiler. Banyo zaten sıkıntıydı kullanmadık bile su yoktu gider tıkalıydı asla tavsiye etmiyorum . .

Alsof je bij familie logeert. Personeel was heel vriendelijk. Het was juist of we bij hun thuis op bezoek waren. We kregen turkse koffie bij aankomst.. .

Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Çok güzel bir bölge, otel çalışanları bize çok yardımcı oldu. Yataklar aşırı rahattı ve odalar çok temizdi. Otelin kafesinde müzik eşliğinde çok güzel kahve içtim benim için unutulmazdı. Bu hizmet için otel çalışanlarına teşekkür ederim. Kesinlikle öneriyorum. .

Amazing. An Exceptional Stay and Superior Service at Casa Florya "I was extremely satisfied with my recent stay at Casa Florya Hotel. The courtesy, professionalism, and attentive approach of the hotel staff made my experience truly enjoyable. In particular, the breakfast was magnificent; the quality and variety of the offerings exceeded my expectations. Additionally, the comfort of the beds and the overall room layout provided a very restful and relaxing experience. It is an establishment to which I give a full score for both hygiene and service standards. On my next visit to Istanbul, this will definitely be my first choice. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking high-quality service🙏🙏. I was very satisfied with the facility and did not encounter anything I disliked.

Terrible- filthy and not fit for purpose ( received electric shock from faulty / broken kettle.. Terrible- was allocated an upper floor room despite receiving a message promising a ground floor room- I was having surgery so ground floor room was essential. No-one on reception for 20 minutes when I arrived and when they finally showed their face after coming in from the street they didn’t speak a word of English and couldn’t understand a word that I was saying. Got an electric shock from kettle- the lead was covered in tape , covering a split lead. Freezer was absolutely filthy. I told the guy on reception that I didn’t want to stay and wanted a refund as the apartment was NOT as described and I’d received an electric shock- he then got owner/ manager on the phone who couldn’t speak much English and didn’t appear to understand me too well although she did say that I couldn’t have a refund- I told her that in that case I would be reporting the hotel to Booking.com and I’d be leaving a review that clearly reflected my experience of the place/ she begged me not to and promised to move me to the room originally promised to me the following day. Terrible experience and as she refused to refund me I couldn’t move elsewhere and had to endure the place for the remainder of my stay. .

Pleasant but could have been better. Location, decor in the room, space, etc. The was constant problem with heated water, also, the room was dirty, also sheets were dirty... When I arrived there was no parking space for me....

. Konaklamamız çok iyi geçti otel sahipleri çok iyi insanlardı kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik hijyen konfor mükemmeldi. İletişim her yere çok kolaydı. Çok memnun kaldık.. .
