. I truly do not understand why there are so many negative reviews about this hotel… I do not have a single negative thing to say about it. This was my first trip to Europe, and it was a solo trip. Upon arrival, (Jose or Julio, I can not remember his name unfortunately…) was so kind and accommodating. He spoke wonderful English and was a great conversationalist—making me feel immediately at home.
They checked me in quickly and efficiently and even showed me everything inside the room and stayed for any questions I may have had. The room itself was so beautiful, and it was perfect for one, at max 2 people. The bed was extremely comfortable and the tv and wifi worked great. Everything was very clean and they cleaned your room daily.
They were prompt when you called them, no matter what time it was. I had to call the manager (I did not catch her name), at 10pm and she was very kind and helped me with my issue right away.
The hotel is very safe and secure and the area surrounding the hotel is very safe and located near everything you may need. It is also a very short walk away from the Vatican, and all transportation modes.
I know that I am writing a lot, but I am blown away at how amazing my stay was, especially when there are so many negative reviews. I recommend everybody stay here. It was so affordable, and they truly outdid themselves. I will stay in this hotel every time I am in Rome! Thank you for making my first trip so comfortable and easy! . .
