Beautiful downtown hotel with friendly staff.. Central location in Taksim. Everything you could want was right outside your door. Breakfast buffet was very good and the hotel staff was so friendly!. That location is a double edged sword. It was noisy and sometimes difficult to get around because of traffic and narrow, one-way streets..

Exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. They provided an exceptional level of customer care and support and the famous Turkish hospitality is well deserved. The room exceeded my expectations as the en-suite was of a high standard and everything was clean.
The hotel was close to both Taksim Square, the Metro, Hop On Hop Off bus and the Airport bus so you are able to explore Istanbul easily.. .

Excellent VFM solution!. Excellent location 1' from Istiklal & bus station.
All the nightlife of Istanbul is around the hotel.
The staff was extremely polite and helpful.
The breakfast was excellent.. There weren't any windows in our room, only in the bathroom.
Τhe soundproofing is not that good, with the result that we can hear people from the other rooms, but it didn't bother us particularly, especially if you are a deep sleeper..
