Excellent boutique hotel. This is one of the best European hotels I've stayed at. A cute boutique hotel close to Roma Termi train station, the colosseum, and many great shops and restaurants. Clean and fresh. Excellent staff.
We had a very early check out (4am), and they even had prepared us a little breakfast to go. So thoughtful. I would highly recommend this hotel.. .

Solid choice near the colosseum. Near the colosseum (always a treat to pass it daily) but on the fringes of the rest of the tourist landmarks. Still walkaable though but may be a long and hilly walk, so those with mobility issues may have a difficult time. Very near Termini too but with 5 luggage, cobblestones and uphill terrain the cab is a smart choice. The upgrade to the rooms facing the square is worth it for both space, views and light streaming in. But beware for the occasional ambulance siren and revving of a sports car that could disrupt your sleep. We took the breakfast, which was a good choice as the cafes are quite a walk to the hotel. The selection is varied and of good quality and the free water available all day is much appreciated. Our flight out was at night and we were able to checkout the room in the morning, leave it at the desk for one last tour and came back in the afternoon to go to the airport.. .

Perfect location and great service. It has coffee machine (hot tea) and filtered water free. They prepared breakfast bag for us when we needed to head out early.. NA.

Great hotel and location . The hotel was very clean, and the customer service was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk ( sorry, I forgot his name) was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us get a taxi to the airport.
The breakfast had a good variety, and the location is about 15 min walking to the Trevi fountain and all the outdoor shops.
I would recommend thus hotel.. .

Superb. We arrived in the morning, but the staff allowed us to check in early. It was a surprise and made our trip easier:).
The room is big and elegant.
The breakfast was a feast!. One tiny issue: one pillow cover had a dirty hand-shaped stain:(.
