Great location and property. The hotel is conveniently located in the Ghetto, a short walk from the Great Synagogue, which also houses a museum that is definitely worth a visit. It is also within walking distance of the Pantheon and Forum/Colosseum.
Our room was very good, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. My only complaint was that there weren't enough outlets to accommodate chargers and the like – I had to unplug the coffee maker to find an outlet.
Staff were friendly and accommodating.. .

. Was ok but in general Rome needs more people to dedicate time for cleaning and maintenance everything looks so much abandoned this is my fourth time in Rome and it’s getting worse every time.. .

. Excellent location within the Jewish Quarter. Next door to the main synagogue and kosher restaurants. Very helpful and friendly staff. I did not use any of the property’s amenities so I can not review those. This hotel is a boutique type hotel and so expect localized service and charm. My only complaint is that since the hotel already switched to the heating system (it was December), we could not turn on the air conditioner in our room. But we were able to open the windows and was very comfortable. . .
