Great hotel & a great night sleep. We stayed as a family of 7 at the Dream Castle in December 2025. We arrived around 2pm and were quickly checked in by a lovely colleague at the Front Desk who explained breakfast times, shuttle times and were given the keys to our rooms.
Our rooms were a little tired but they were nice, spacious & clean. The beds were really comfortable and the black out curtains were perfect, just what’s needed to ensure you get a great, well needed night sleep after 20,000+ steps around the parks all day.
Whilst you don’t go away to watch TV, the great selection of English TV channels were a real welcome bonus for background noise before heading to bed.
As expected, breakfast was chaotic with long lines to be seated. There were also a large number of kids running around the buffet picking up and touching pretty much everything on display whilst the parents just sat back and watched.
The only downside to this hotel is the shuttle service- it’s horrendous. Miserable drivers, severely overcrowded buses and people that just have no manners or common courtesy for fellow passengers. We only used the shuttle twice and opted to use Uber which was around €15-20 to/from the parks.
Would we stay again, absolutely but we’d be steering clear of the shuttle buses.. .

Dissatisfied. On our last night at the Dreamcastle hotel and honestly will be glad to get on our flight back home tomorrow morning.
This was our first time here for Disneyland with our 2 year old son. When we arrived on NYE afternoon at check in we were told that if we wanted to book the restaurant for dinner we could as spaces were limited.
We were told that the adult price was €99 per adult and €39 for our 2 year old son. The menu price and options was the same for next day which we found to be extremely expensive.
I would not rate the hotel to be a 4 star, the rooms and toilet were very average compared to other 4 star hotels that we stayed in. Carpets stained badly in the bedroom and bed sheets on the top bunk full of dust.
Apart from the restaurant there is not much other options for food, the vending machines weren’t stocked and the shop in the entrance foyer was not open once during our stay.
Breakfast is what you would expect for a 2 star all inclusive in Santa Ponso.
The Wi-Fi was non existent in our room and we were on the ground floor very close to reception.
Our sons cot arrived covered in chocolate from whoever had used it previously without being cleaned.. .

Good for kids, we encountered rowdy groups which meant noisy nights, but this was just bad luck.. THE GOOD
Location is great for Disneyland and price was ok.
Bed was comfy (found soft pillows in wardrobe). Great for kids.
Awesome idea to have indoor kids play area and pool. Room with bunk bed was a massive hit with the young kids. We splashed out for a two bed suite and it was massive.
THE BAD
Groups of rowdy people taking over the restaurant and reception. Apparently that mainly happens at Christmas and St Patricks day. Men drinking heavily, women separate from the men but ignoring their kids, vaping inside and getting drunk while their kids were running around bare chested or in nappies, pulling Christmas lights off the ceiling and having bare knuckle fights. Kids touching all the food at the buffet.
Party continued in room opposite us and the noise carried straight through our door, so not the best sleep.
Crazy days!
Staff didn't intervene.
Meat in the buffet was hit and miss - quite pricy for what it was, but you can order a Deliveroo if you don’t fancy the buffet or the bar food.
Breakfast coffee dire.
Swimming pool was like Butlins on crack.
Kids loved it obviously.
Cannot understand why adults would stay without kids though. One guys was filming all the food in the buffet...and kids too. Bit creepy TBH.. .

Excellent Stay - Highly Recommended. We had a wonderful stay at Dream Castle Hotel. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent and very convenient, especially for getting around and exploring nearby attractions. The food was outstanding, with plenty of tasty options and great quality. Our room was comfortable, clean, and a perfect place to relax after a long day. Overall, a fantastic experience and a hotel I’d happily recommend.. .

Fab hotel…. Shuttle from hell. Fantastic stay at the dream castle hotel! I’m not sure what some of the negative reviews are about really, not one member of staff has been rude and there were plenty of options at breakfast too. We arrived at 11 and our room was ready for us despite check in from 3pm and it wasn’t a room that no one wanted as I saw on previous review, it was lovely. My only advice is re the shuttle to Disney, I’d recommend using Ubers which cost between 11 to 15 euros. The shuttle bus is practically the hunger games and isn’t big enough for all of the hotels it serves.. .

A great way to do Disney!. Firstly reading the reviews on here recently nearly made me want to rearrange my hotel, but I always like to give the benefit of the doubt.
First impression, huge hotel lovely atmosphere lots of seating in reception area. Staff were polite and helpful took pity on my school girl French attempts. We had to leave our luggage and go and enjoy a bit of Disney magic until check in time no problems .
We came back about 2.30pm feeling our early start, our room was ready it was huge with comfy beds and pillows and a great view.
We went for dinner in the evening , we had the buffet for €38 there was plenty of choice, and the dessert table was impressive.
Back in the room it was slightly too warm for me and there was no way other than opening the window to control the temperature but it’s not the end of the world!
I read so many horror stories about breakfast i wasn’t sure what to expect but food was plentiful as were coffee machines it was clean staff were incredibly slick at cleaning and to be honest it was like many all inclusive hotel breakfasts I have been to over the years. I had absolutely no complaints.
The other comments have been about the buses, there are 5 hotels in the chain and the buses pick up from each Dream
Castle is right in the middle so the bus is rarely quiet on the way too or back but It’s a hotel 10 minutes from Disney park with a free shuttle if you want more pay for a Disney hotel, IMO you get what you pay for and I have been on many overcrowded Disney park buses too! The pool and jacuzzi were lovely there is a real castle theme throughout the hotel and gardens and it makes it really special. If you’re coming to see Disney to do the rides and you don’t want to break the bank this is a great alternative to the lower end Disney hotels. We had a great stay and would definitely return. P.s the plentiful seating is a bonus when you are waiting for your taxi back to the airport! Merci Dream castle Hotel.. .

Convenitent hotel for Disneyland Paris and the Outlet. Nice hotel and huge. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
My only comments to improve:
WiFi connection is not very good. You connect and it disconnects alone after 1-2 minutes of usage (i guess due to the high number of users).
Breakfast variety was good but very high in traffic. You need to wait until the staff ticks your name on the guest list.
For dining the choices were numerous and good.
Hotel view was so nice overlooking the swimming pool and greenery.
The shuttle to disneyland was very convenient that every 10 mins there is a bus going to Disneyland.. .

Awful Customer service. This hotel is an absolute disgrace when it comes to customer service. Several of the staff members are very rude. On my first day I got there, which was about 11pm I was given a room, where the toilet flush was not working. Being very tired from my journey from London I went down to the reception to complain. The lady at reception was very rude stating we can't do anything as the plumber will arrive in the morning. I said we can't stay in a room with defaulted toilet as it will start to smell. I asked to be put in to another room, which was not to the standard I paid for, the whole saga went on for 1 and a half hours before we were place to some satisfaction. The lady first lied saying no rooms were available. All this hassle on a family trip with my daughters in disney.. .

1st Family Holiday. So many 1 and 2 star ratings saying this place is horrible….. I disagree. We stayed here for our first family holiday for my daughter’s 1st birthday.
Loads of misconceptions and people claiming it’s poor for a Disney hotel. It’s NOT a disney hotel and doesn’t claim to be. It’s a lovely hotel with an ideal location close to the park.
Arrived around 3pm and were dealt with so swiftly and the man who checked us in was welcoming and friendly. Our room was nice to look at, clean and was suitable for our needs. And the hotel provided us with a travel cot for our baby.
We booked bed and breakfast. Breakfast could be a little chaotic at times, but what do people expect when you are servicing that many guests. We just learned after the first day, get down early and it’s all good! If you head down around 9:30-10 you will find yourself in the rush.
The hotel was clean, tidy and well organised. Our room was cleaned every day for a week. There was no litter and plates in corridors as suggested by others.
The free shuttle to the parks can also be a bit mental, especially with a pram. So advice would be uber…. Comes so quickly and around €10 per trip. Well worth it, especially when coming back after the fireworks.
The ONLY reason I have given this 4 stars is because one morning during breakfast my 1 year old started choking on something and as I hit her on the back she was vomiting very aggressively a staff member strolled past, looked and continued to walk. I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular but the lack of care was awful. If you work with people your job is to care!
Unfortunately my baby vomited all over the floor. We approached the man who was hosting and seating people to ask him for help, he waved us away and told us to find another staff member. I then approached a lady clearing tables to inform her that there was vomit all over the floor and it was slippy. I was stood over it to stop anyone falling, she threw a couple of tissues at us and walked away. I then asked a 3rd staff member for some help as it still wasn’t clean or safe. He shrugged his shoulders and walked away.
The lack of care for my baby choking and the lack of help in cleaning it up and making it safe was awful. I have read other reviews about the breakfast staff being rude, arrogant and not caring. I would agree. If they don’t want to help guests maybe find a job not working with the public. The management need to get a grip on these rude staff quickly and it ruins a very nice hotel.. .

HORRIBLE. Dream castle was a Nightmare ! Nothing like the pictures ! From the lobby to the rooms everything was chaos and dirty. We arrived 3 hours early and called the day before for early check in due to flight time being early . We were told that staff would accommodate us per check in. Once we arrived ! We were told the “hotel was fully booked” their “go to” line ! We waited 4 hours to get our key card and be called in. Once we got our room with bunk beds ( smaller than pictured). The room phone, television, and toilet (water kept running our whole stay) didn’t work ! We went down to the reception right away and advised! Nothing was done to fix the problem ! 3 days went by and no adjustments and changes were made. The first day our room was cleaned! But 2nd , 3rd and 4th day they did not clean anything! No towels or clean sheets! We finally went to the reception! And told them about the accommodations . We were told that cleaning crew was gone for the day and hotel was fully booked again. When my husband explained that we cannot stay in the room and nothing has been cleaned for 3 days, magically they had another room available that moment smh! Within an hour of moving rooms , I realized i forgot my pillow in the room. We were advised by staff to email them and they will send it back if they find smh. In other words NEVER . Even though the hotel advises not to leave trash outside the room ! Everyone leaves it by the doors! You have to grab your towels from the first floor to go the pool on level zero. The locker rooms are disgusting ! No sandals are provided bring your own! Green mold on floor tiles ! On the 5th day of our stay the ELEVATOR broke ! This place was literally falling apart, 2 families before us complained and nothing was done to fix the problem and my husband ended getting on and being stuck in it for 30 mins. All they did after was put a sticky note on the door saying go down. For a Disney hotel they had nothing Disney about it ! Other than some posters. No Disney movies or activities! I booked this hotel 4 months in advance and immediately regretted it upon arrival ! I could not cancel and go to another hotel per the policy! If you want a clean , nice, and caring staff type of hotel ! This is NOT the place!
HORRIBLE!. .
