. Personnel attentionné et emplacement très pratique près de la Gare du Nord et la Gare de l'Est. Par contre, il y avait de l'eau au sol dans la salle de bain à notre arrivée dû à une fuite de tuyau, une odeur bizarre et un cheveu collé au mur. C'est aussi bruyant vu les restaurants/bars à proximité. C'était ok pour une nuit, mais pas plus.. .

. De kamer was schoon en het personeel was vriendelijk. Het ontbijt had matige keuzes. Alles was basic maar netjes. De buurt staat bekend binnen Parijs bekend als onveilig, maar daar hebben wij niets van gemerkt. Het is niet aan te raden 's-avonds of nachts in deze buurt te wandelen.. .

Great Location, Good Service. Excellent staff and service. Cleanliness was fine, though we noticed bed linens left in the corridors during cleaning hours. Room was comfortable, and the location is perfect—close to two metro/train stations with easy connections across the city, including the airport. The only downside: there’s no elevator, so we had to climb four flights of stairs every time we returned to our room.. .

. No lift and as a 74 year old and partner it was not appropriate accomodation for older people and people with mobility issues. Stair case was unsafe and handrails on one side was unstable.Very helpful staff member who carried both our bags 3 floors and back down again next morning. Without his help we coud not have got to our room and down again. The room and toilet facilities were clean but a simple thing like a clean shower head. Soap and hand towels were not provided. Tea and coffee were provided but no cups to make them in. Walking distance from both the Paris Nord stations and that is a plus.. .

. All in all it was very good....the stairs were steep but not a big problem really.
Breakfast was traditional and fresh and everybody was polite and friendly to my children. .
