Laughable. Nothing. Tiny shabby room, stairwell and common area stink of sewage, the WiFi didn’t work at all and when I contacted the staff they said no one else on my floor had any complaints and to restart my phone and reset my network settings on my phone (which didn’t make a difference).
The lift is small and feels very unsafe, it’s creaky and shaky and takes ages. Also there are steps to get to the lift, so not at all suitable for someone less mobile.
There were pipe noises non stop like whirring and sloshing. We asked to change rooms and they asked me to send them a video for proof of the noise, and that if they switched our room it would be a downgrade to a smaller room (I honestly struggle to imagine a smaller room) I didn’t bother trying anymore. (I did check on booking and there were bigger rooms available as well as standard rooms).
Had a terrible nights’ sleep and went to stay
elsewhere on the second night.

We did pay for breakfast but didn’t even bother when we realized we had to walk half a km to go to a cafe to get it. We knew it was an external parter providing the breakfast, but at other accommodations I’ve stayed who do this, it’s usually next door or right across the street. Ridiculous.
If it was classed as budget accommodation or a hostel and was ~80 per night I wouldn’t even mind, but when you pay for a 4 star hotel you expect a 4 star experience..

Bad. The room was quiet.. Everything else. No personnel. No toilets in what they call "lobby". Someone vomited in front of the elevator. You need to pay to have them clean your room..

Stay away from that hotel, it's a complete disaster and no one will assist you!. All booking websites should inspect more about hotels like Numa, it's impossible to be a 4-star hotel or even a Hostel!

Everything is automated with no reception desk or anyone can support it, just a chatbot that gives me orders like GTA Mission!!! before I landed at the airport they sent the PIN CODE and room number via WhatsApp which again was a challenge to have the internet to get my password to access the hotel.
Starting with the chatbot if I asked for any human support someone rude from CS responded to me on WhatsApp (like today I filed a complaint and the CS agent asked me "No need to be angry and don't raise your voice!!!"
First, the Breakfast is a complete joke, there is no breakfast in the hotel and I have to walk almost one KM in the morning to have breakfast, and no open buffet, I have to check 4 set menus before 4 PM otherwise they will give many the available, of course, I missed this breakfast and I payed for it.
The standard room is extremely small and the towels are torn and overused I have no one to ask for towels, everything on WhatsApp with a chatbot!!
The Check-in/ Check-out has no exception for any late or early check-in they going to penalize you if you pass the 11am checkout and again you have no one to engage with.
Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had, and on top of that, the hotel was very creepy and I felt insecure in that place. (I thought its a social experiment or something). .
