. Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cet hôtel neuf, idéalement situé à seulement 50 à 100 mètres de la place Taksim.
Métro, bus, cafés et restaurants se trouvent à deux pas — un emplacement à la fois central, pratique et parfaitement sécurisé.
L’établissement est conçu avec un réel souci du confort et de la tranquillité des clients : les chambres sont modernes, bien insonorisées, impeccablement propres, soigneusement équipées (WIFI inclus), et dotées d’une literie très confortable.
Sans même en faire la demande, on nous a attribué deux chambres voisines — une attention délicate et pleine de considération qui nous a beaucoup touchés.
Le gérant, Parvin, ainsi que l’ensemble du personnel, se montrent attentifs, disponibles et d’une grande bienveillance. Leur accueil chaleureux, leur sourire et leur professionnalisme nous ont véritablement fait sentir comme chez nous.
Un hôtel que nous recommandons sans réserve — et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !. .

Exceptional all the way around: hotel, staff & location!. Beautiful hotel (exactly like pictures) in a great location (Taksim) with many great restaurants & stores/shops nearby. Can’t say enough about Parvin & the entire staff who were welcoming, friendly yet professional, attentive, knowledgeable & helpful. They recommended an all day tour where we boated up the Bosphorus Strait with sites of both Europe & Asia (highly recommend). This is definitely the place to stay!. Nothing!.

. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Die Hauptstraße bei Taksim ist nur eine Minute entfernt, Metro in 3–4 Minuten.
Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.
Rund um die Uhr gibt es kostenlosen Tee und Kaffee. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!. .

Great for a short, budget friendly stay. The location is great, close to shops and restaurants, in a lively area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One of our rooms was upgraded, so a good surprise there. There’s coffee, tea and water always available, rooms have good sized safes and a fridge. Bed was okay but two pillows instead of one would have been appreciated.. It’s a bit of a quirky hotel, the photos look better than reality. Tile joints in the shower needed cleaning. There is no breakfast. There’s a bit of noise in rooms facing the street, other rooms have a sad, small courtyard view..
