AVERAGE. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Hotel is small, dated and really out of the way in terms of the main tourist areas or even any of the more lively parts of the city. I stayed on business, the room was big but the bed was so rock hard I would have had a better night sleep on the floor frankly. Bathroom was dirty. Breakfast was usual buffet style and as always in Turkey the selection was pretty good and looked relatively fresh. Lift is tiny! Taxi driver didn't have a clue where it was which is always a worry for me. Honestly I would not stay here again as the neighbourhood does not look the best and if I were a tourist this place is far away from any of the sights or the city centre.. .

Gross!!!. Well I don't know where to begin, but, this was the absolute worst room I have seen anywhere. The bed was hard, the room was dirty, I stayed up all night freaked out! The whole hotel smelled of cigarettes. . .

Choose something else!. Not value for money.Dirty room,dirty wc.It seems to be cleaned in 5 minutes! Noise all night outside on the busy road.Breakfast good but not excellent.About half hour from the centre and the area is not so good.. .

The worst Experience I’ ve ever had. Terrible Service . Staff knows only turkish . Staff are afghans , Iranian and other. Terrible rooms , everything overused and outdated. Shower tub leaking and wash basin too. You need to buy a pass-pass or s floor mop when you check in . Cleanliness zero Dirty towels with stains and holes. Bed Linen with holes snd yellow stains ! Breakfast poor , the cheapest variety they can offer. Beyaz peynir ( the same salty white cheese over 4 serving plates) , limited choice and the same food everyday. I asked the waiter if he fixed the leaking eater problem in my room, and he replied to me in Turkish. He made fun of me in front of other guests. I could not take the insult. The manager , that looks like a guest rather than a manager , no dress code , instead of investigating the incident , had a very bad attitude, and asked who are you ??? & kicked me out of the hotel in front of all the other guests and asked me to pack my bags and leave. Advice : This property is not safe to stay at; No safety deposit boxes , and the balcony doors do not close and are easily accessible from the neihbouring rooms. Do not stay unless you do not have any other option.. .

The worst hotel ever i have been . I cannot advice this hotel for anybody who want relaxation, it the worst hotel ever in Istanbul, they have small rooms and very dirty bathroom also the breakfast is verrrry bad. You would better find another option.. .

terrible hotel very badddd. terrible hotel and the manager is super terrible also . very bad hotel dont ever try to reserve in it . it is less than a one star hotel . nothing looks like the photos in here . dont every reserve in this hotel. .
