Very poor customer service. Poor customer service. The spa jacuzzi was cold and poor customer service when i was leaving the hotel they told me to order taxi even though i told them what i leave the beginning they said ok then when the time came they said order taxi…. Hope u serve the customer well.

Exceptional. I had the best experience at Emirtimes Hotel.
The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming.. Special thanks to Mr. Mustafa for his exceptional hospitality and for being helpful throughout my stay. The room were immaculate and very comfortable. The spa services were outstanding. I loved the convenient location, it's about 10 minutes from the airport and close to major attractions.
I loved everything about this hotel and highly recommend.. .
