Excellent location, good value for money. Location is fantastic, staff very helpful, breakfast is in the older part and a bit tired, but food generous. Decent sized bedroom (newly refurbished area) great shower. Room unbearably hot, unable to cool down. Bed not hugely comfortable either..

The hotel had great location!It was near to Agia Sofia, Top Kapi, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar...All are 5 minutes walking!So, that was great!The hotel personnel was really helpful and gentle, giving us correct directions!. The room was not so clean and also the breakfast was in a level that was not aligned with the rest hotel.It seemed neglected and not renovated, but there was a very nice view!!.

They cheat at front desk, they skimming the people . The room is very small and even after requesting during booking about the hotel when we went to check in they still gave a small room. Also requesting for late check out the person said yes then he was on day off on the day we were to ✔️ out n the other person insisted we check out at 12 when we had requested for 3 and booking of cab by them for 3. He insisted that we leave the room and said the cab will come at 3. .

It’s in the best position of Istanbul, you can easily reach everything you need.
It full of services and the staff is super kind (especially Onar and Kadir).
They have a lot of spa option where you can fully relax at a reasonable price!. .

Fabulous!!!. The staff were super friendly and honestly couldn’t do enough for us, providing us with loads of information about what to do and the best places to go. On this recommendation from the reception staff We went on the evening dinner cruise which was brilliant and great value for money, thank you for everything. Lovely clean and modern Everything is really close, the hotel is in a really good position but still had a good nights sleep and not too noisy of a night..
