Cleanliness. Location. Tasty breakfast. Friendly staff.. Excellent hotel. Situated not far from Istiklal, but located on a quiet street. Also, there is a metro and a funicular nearby, if you go up, and if you go down, you can get to a tram stop and a bus stop. The staff is not intrusive, if necessary, they will always help. The breakfast is very tasty and fresh. We stay with them for the second year in a row, they have definitely improved their service. The plumbing is new, towels and bed linen are snow-white, changed every day. Cleaning every day. Very comfortable family rooms (two adjoining rooms through 2 doors). Definitely recommend.. .

Leisure in Beyouglu. I had a great time in Istanbul, especially, in Meroddi Bagdatliyan hotel and everything is well-organized, clean and convenient to walk through the Galata tower. Receptionist was so kind, friendly and lovely. Breakfast is tasty as well. Overall, I suggest to guests to stay in this hotel))).. .

Disappointing. Location is good. Breakfast is ok. The property is already tired and room is small and dark. Booked for 4 nights but only stayed for 2 nights as the aircon was not working and it was so hot at night. Raised a complain the first night and was promised it will be fix the following day, however that was not the case, so we decided to leave after
2 sleepless night. That’s when the time they offered to transfer us to another room on the annex bldg which we refuse, if we have to move to another bldg, might as well book another one in the area which can provide a proper comfort after a tiring day. Got only part of the refund for the remaining unused 2 nights.. .
