We definitely recommend. Ever since we arrived we felt very well looked after. Whenever we needed a little help that was kindly given with no questions asked. However I would like to focus on Miray, Selim and Yaman for an amazing customer service. They always went above and beyond. They really tried they're best to understand as much as they can and that shows a great level of communication, empathy and willingness. I believe this is very important for all the people who arrive from all parts of the world. The chef also, very well balanced food, I can feel and tell there's plenty of love and creativity in it. As well as the blonde hoisekeeping lady that looked after us. She was very keen and lovely, made us feel very at peace... Overall I would definitely say this place is worthy of 4 stars and a little bit more, purely for those 5 people we got to know a little. Thank you so much✨️ Laura & Albina. .

Will be visiting again.. Breakfast was a very varied spread with many tasty local dishes.
Room was clean and presentable.. Wifi kept cutting out and so TV streaming was difficult but you’ll likely be exploring the city each day and not watching TV so not a major issue.
Bed sheet was a little rough and thin..

Superb. The staff is very helpful. Murtaza contacted me after booking and was especially kind to assure me that there was no problem with early check-in. I thank him very much! As promised, they accommodated us to another room that had two beds, as we preferred. The room was clean and well heated in the cold and rainy season.. .

. Нам все понравилось: уборка комнат, компетенция администраторов, сотрудники бара и вечернего ресторана всем огромное спасибо. Особо хочу выделить работу Muhbet, ее внимание и заботу о посетителях в ресторане для завтраков. К ней всегда можно было обратиться за помощью, поскольку у нас особый режим питания, но всегда с ее участием находили все, что нам нужно. Очень ей с сестрой благодарны. Так же балгодарны двум другим сотрудницам ресторана для завтраков, они были улыбчивы, внимательны и быстры в своей работе.

Каждый день начинался с вкусного завтрака, а продолжался плаванием в бассейне и посещением хамама. Идеальный режим!

Lovely stay. Staff were very nice and helpful. I know i was in turkey. But a lot of British use the hotel and more choice other than Turkish food would be nice, the food offered was fresh, we only stayed one night..
