the reception guys BASEL AND HOSSAM are very polite and very gentle and also the breakfast was very good and the men working there all are very nice and polite .. over all every thing going very well .. thanks every body ,,. some how noisy and u can smell the shisha from the rooms from the the cafe ....

The only positive is the location!!!. The only positive is the location and the fact that you are in Istanbul!!!. After arriving at the hotel, we were surprised. We had booked a Luxury room for 3. We got a room where you can't move or sleep at all. They told us that our room was taken and that we would get a new one tomorrow. In the morning we got a new room, but not at all the one that was paid for. The hotel is in a terrible condition. The window couldn't be closed, moldy, the ceiling was falling, the bathroom moldy mess. Security is minimal. The card we received worked for all the rooms at the hotel. I accidentally opened the door with a neighbor. We have never experienced worse business in our lives. I do not recommend!!!!.

We would never stay anywhere else when in Istanbul. Not everything was good however the location and especially the staf. The location was amazing and the staff were exceptional. Salih in particular was very attentive however every staff member was lovely. Always offered us a complimentary tea when we arrived home and if we were just sitting at the tables watching the world go by. Safe area, quiet and clean rooms. Would definitely return.. The breakfast was generous however an unusual combination of items on the breakfast tray. Would have enjoyed a more authentic Turkish style breakfast rather than a mismatch of items on the try e.g cold chips, sweet cake, boiled egg, olives, cheese and bread that was not fresh. The omelette that came seperate was often cold. In saying that there was unlimited coffee and tea which was lovely and the service was quick and excellent. Our room always smelt bad like a stinky smell from the toilet or shower drain..
