Predatory reception number, massive charges, and zero help - do not stay here. The reception phone setup feels like a trap. We called the reception number (+33 892 68 70 75) and ended up facing over €170 + VAT from Orange for calls that were mostly around 1m30s each. The hotel advertises €0.35/min, but the real-world outcome was a brutal, shocking bill that no normal guest would ever expect just for trying to reach reception. There was no clear warning, no “safe” option, and the end result is that you can get hit with insane charges for doing something as basic as calling the front desk. Honestly, it feels borderline predatory.. They ruined our Disney day and never even answered. Because of the charges, our operator blocked our phone, which caused chaos during our day at Disney. We called reception 17 times and they never picked up once. At one point we genuinely wondered whether the hotel even existed because we couldn’t reach anyone at all. Out of respect and solidarity for what we went through: please don’t stay here — don’t let this happen to you..

Prima stop voordat je naar Disneyland parken en hotel rijdt. De locatie, heel dicht bij de Disney parken. Het ontbijt was heel basic.
