From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The hotel is luxurious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located, with outstanding service throughout our stay.

لم تكتمل الراحة إذا واجهت نفس الإستقبال. كان الاستقبال فض وغير متفاهم وكررت عليهم حجزي غرفه مطلة والأدوار العلوية … وبعد إلحاحي ورفع الصوت استجابوا لطلبي .
واستقبال البوفية ردني مرتين ولم يتأكد من حجزي. تعامل الاستقبال وموظفين البوفيه.

. Great stay and a really pleasant experience.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We did face two small issues during our stay, but both were resolved very quickly and without any hesitation, which we really appreciated.
Special thanks to Kubra for her kindness and professionalism, and to Mohammed who was very helpful and in touch with us. Their great attitude truly made our stay better.
Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.. .
