Exceptional. Good location. Near Besiktas square. Kindly staff. The breakfast is delicious. We asked for an iron and got it right away. The room was same like photo. On my next trip I will definetely choose here again.. .

Pleasant. It was close to the metro station. And the breakfast was okay.. When I arrived, the room was quite cold. There were no radiators or underfloor heating; the only heating was through the AC. I had to keep it on all night, but the problem is that you can hear it running, making it difficult to sleep peacefully. The next day, when I returned from the city, the room was just as cold. It took a few hours to warm up, and I had to sleep with the AC on again. The water in the shower was also a bit cold, perhaps because I was on the third floor, and the hot water didn’t reach that high. It felt more like a summer rain than a proper hot shower. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back here. At check-out, Ozgur asked me to leave positive feedback immediately and even looked at my phone to see what im writing, which is quite uncomfortable. Hence, all these positive reviews on this property. When checking out, expect to leave a review immediately rather than at your own convenience. My advice: when you arrive, check the room temperature and the shower water. If you’re satisfied, then it might be a suitable stay..

Exceptional. cleaness, warm and possible to regulate temperature in the room. very close to metro station (50 meter). only problem is parking not easy around the place. but easy to public transportation. Especially mr. Osgur and mr. Cagtay very very kind and supportive. they even borrowed us two umbrella for the whole day while we went downtown. and for free!!!😀😀. as i said , parking is the only issue. but like in all Istanbul!.

Disappointing. Everything has its price, and I could accept a cheap, rundown hotel if it met basic hygiene and decorum. But calling yourself a 4-star on Booking clashed with what I found and what i expected. Apart from the friendly and helpful staff, bad.. .
