It's a trap, filthy and disgusting: run from it. The bed is decent. Filthy, but comfortable.. The whole hotel is terrible, starting because they lie: it's the Sam Suite - apparently suspended from Booking, only the name on the facade is different. The location is unbelievably bad: 5 minutes from Taksim square, but in free fall, as it is a very steep slope, which leads to a kind of slum, and the hotel is in front of a landfill. Check on Street View.
The service at the reception is completely amateurish, the person who welcomed us spent the night smoking and receiving colleagues on the balcony.
The entire hotel is filthy: dust, stains on the carpet, fur, and hair on the bed sheet - it was a disgusting experience.
The shower also didn't work, there was a trickle of water, and it wasn't even possible to regulate the temperature in it.
The breakfast was laughable, especially considering other reviews. A dish delivered to the room with three slices of bread, a boiled egg, a slice of cheese, two slices of mortadella, and some salad, as well as an indefinite juice. There wasn't even proper coffee.
The only reason we didn't go immediately to another place was because we arrived almost midnight for an overnight stay before another flight. It was a night where we slept because of tiredness and with our clothes on.
Worse than all the false advertising of the hotel on the platforms, are the reviews from people here on Booking - which seem, to say the least, manipulated, and lead more people into terrible experiences like the one we had..

Don’t stay there! Dangerous hotel in a slum!!!. Nothing to like about! The hotel is dangerous and in a slum!. The hotel is dangerous at the location is in a slum!
The photos on booking erases the buildings around it and the garbage site just in front of it! The hotel is not safe. No emergency exits, cables exposed….
I added some photos so you can have a real idea of what to expect.
We did not even try the free breakfast because they don’t have a proper place to serve it. They can bring it to your room or serve it in a small balcony with view to the garbage site!
No idea how they got a 9,2 rate in booking..

Stay away from this place. There is nothing to like about the property. 1. Property is located in a unsafe area. Prostitution was observed around the building.
