. My husband and I enjoyed our brief stay which allowed us to efficiently visit some of the top things to see in Istanbul.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and up to date albeit a little small however for our short stay it was fine. . .

Family of 4, three day stay. . 3 day stay with my family. Hotel very compact and rooms in the presidential suite really tight for space. However got to grips with it after the first night but beware the sofa bed is ok for one child not two. Thankfully my two coped but I will consider another hotel when coming back to Istanbul.
On a good note Can at reception was a gentleman and helped me with an issue I had on the last day. Offered me late check out aswell which was convenient as my flight back was at 6pm. . .

. This is my second time of staying at this hotel as I enjoyed the first stay so much. However this trip was spoilt by the disgusting behaviour of one of the reception staff which was on the Wednesday evening when I ordered a pizza. His attitude was dishonest, he lied and took me to be a fool and he refused to give me his name. It spoilt was was otherwise a great stay. Because of him I will not be returning!! . .

Séjour incroyable ! . Deuxième séjour au Bentley Hôtel Old City d’Istanbul, nous adorons cet hôtel (localisation, propreté, personnel). Un énorme merci à Zick responsable du petit déjeuner et David à la réception, ils sont au petit soin avec les clients ! Merci encore ! Petit déjeuner buffet haut de gamme. . I really had a great time at Bentley Hotel Old City. I was traveling alone, I stayed there from June 23 till the 26. The room was clean, I got room services. The staff at the front desk were very helpful, I just can’t remember the names of the 2 staff who were extremely helpful. They gave me tips, suggestions on where to go eat, directions, booked my transfer from the airport, it’s just sad I did not see the 2 gentlemen when I was checking out I wanted to leave a tip just for a great service and how helpful they were, I still did but left it with the other staff who was there. Maybe one thing if they could get a better deal with these transfer taxis so that if you are traveling alone you don’t have to pay 60euro just for one way maybe they could look into like a shared transfer so that the cost is not too high, but this is just a suggestion. I had a great time, the hotel is located near many tourist spots such as Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque, Grand bazaar, Basilica Cisterns etc. I highly recommend it and if I was to go back to Istanbul I would definitely stay there.
