The worst hotel. Simply the worst hotel I have stayed in. We booked for 2 nights but stayed just one as we couldnt stand the uncleanliness and ickyness. We arrived very late (or rather very early morning) after a delayed flight and noticed a few things were off but we were too tired to deal with it immediately. There were stains on the pillowcases, towels were worn out, bedsheets and blankets were not clean. The blankets were also just folded up at the end of the beds (unlike the standard housekeeping upkept) and toilet is dirty. I complained in the morning and yes we were offered a different room but we were already felt disgusted as we should not have been given a dirty room in the first place and it just reflects the general uncleanliness of the hotel. No apology was given and at one point I was also being asked to speak to housekeeping???? Like really??!!! Its beyond me how this is a 3 star hotel and of course I was refused a refund for the one night that I did not use.. .
