. Manager of hotel is very co-oprative . our main room AC was leaking, next day he arranged best room of the hotel and also very accomodative about luggage . Breakfast is also great .near to Main sultanahmet attractions.

Poor politics for charged de room. The service was very good. The workers very happy and friendly. But the administration was too poor. They charged the value of the stay before entering the hotel. That seemed abusive to me. I was supposed to have paid an additional amount as insurance for non-use, however, they made the charge one day before arriving at the hotel and not at the time of check out.. .
