Bad. . Nothing. Everything is bad at this place. Dirty rooms, overpriced and I don't know where are the 4 stars they say it is. You pay 100 € per night for what???.

Got led to the most disgusting room i have ever seen. Spent 10mins booking another hotel then handed in card and left.. Arrived at the hotel and it actually looked quite nice, small but decent. Staff were friendly. I paid taxes and the man then led me to the Room. We went downstairs and beside a bar was a door that was supposed to be our room. The room was beyond disgusting, whoever gave this Hotel 4 stars cleans their glasses about as often as the hotel cleans its rooms. You could get a free fur coat for your finger by brushing it along any surface in that room. Don’t trust me just look at the pictures I had just spent a few hours travelling from Florence and was pretty tired, as was my partner so I decided not to get angry or upset or even argue it. I always wanted to see Rome and I knew that if i stayed here i would always have an awful memory of one of the greatest cities on earth so I just left and booked a decent hotel. I gave the key back to the guy at desk and gave him a wave. I will try and get refunded but not got a lot of hope.. .

Not as advertised. This hotel was booked via Groupon and I honestly wish I had known what I was letting myself into. Firstly the hotel can be found on a dirty, industrial area. I have no problem travelling however the location is very unsettling which made public transport in this area not great. On average it took us around a 10 bus ride and 25 train ride away from the centre of Rome. I am unsure how this Hotel was rated 4* as the outdated décor and amenities were poor. The strangest thing was that the room allocated to us was downstairs behind an door marked employees only, in the middle of the restaurant! If you plan on visiting Rome I would not recommend, however you do get what you pay for and in all it was clean and the staff were friendly.. .

That was a horrible experience because our money was stolen from our room.. The WiFi and the beds were good.. Dear Sir/Madam, I booked a room for two guests (my cousin and her husband) for 4 nights (12-16 Oct.) at Cervara Park Hotel (Confirmation: 2107846544). The hotel's safe box was broken, and therefore they had hidden their money at the top of the closet. On 14th when they checked their money, 850 Euro plus 300 dollars was stolen. The strange thing is that the people at the reception were not cooperating at all. They said they could not contact the hotel manager because it was Saturday. They had a camera installed on top of the door's room, and it was easy to see who went inside that room during that time except for the guests. However, the people at the reception brought up some excuses that they could not figure out who went inside the room. They were not responsive and closed all the ways to contact the hotel manager. We tried several times via email and phone, but they always refused to respond. I called them personally several times, and they hung up the phone on me. Therefore, the guests reported the issue to the Police and documented everything. This is an unusual case; first, why the safe box is broken in a 4-star hotel? second, why can the guests not contact the manager? and why the reception desk refuses to help them out? Please let me know how I can follow up on this case. Best, Behnood.
