. Dieses Hotel kann ich nicht empfehlen. Wir hatten eine 4 Bett Zimmer reserviert haben dann ein 3 Bett Zimmer bekommen was nicht geht bei 4 Erwachsene. Die die unser Zimmer hatten haben eine Nacht verlängert und wir mussten uns in das andere Zimmer einquetschen. Vorallem es fehlte ja noch ein Bett. Haben dann erst um 22 Uhr eine Matratze bekommen, kein Bett!! Alle Beschwerden umsonst hier nur wir können uns ein anderes Hotel suchen wir bekommen dann das Geld zurück. Naja was sehr schwer ist, und die Preise auch sehr hoch sind. Haben es hingenommen für 1 Nacht. überall Schimmel und Wasserflecken, das Zimmer war im Keller kein Tageslicht einfach schrecklich. Das Personal ist extrem laut in der Nacht und man hört alles. Eine Nacht ging es bis 1:30 Uhr! Im ganzen würde ich dort nie nie wieder buchen das Hotel liegt eigentlich sehr gut aber die Straßen wo man durchlaufen muss ist nicht ohne, weil dort Fabrikverkäufe sind und dem entsprechend nur Männer da sitzen was sehr unangenehm ist. Habe natürlich auch Bilder gemacht, aber kann diese nicht hochladen als Beweis. Also nur zum schlafen würde ich es auch nicht empfehlen lieber was besseres und größeres suchen. . .

. I arrived at reception to be told my room was cancelled as another guest hadn’t checked out! I was not given any option and was told my payment would be refunded and that I had to find another hotel to stay at… this wouldn’t have been an issue if I was told prior, however no contact from the hotel was attempted. Won’t be using again. . .

Scam!!!!!!. Scam. Awful. This company is a scam. No one to meet you. Waited aged. Called the owners and they were apathetic. When they arrived they were nonchalant. Looked on system for booking and told us its at another location. Queried this and they told us the other location is new and not on Google yet. We walked 10min to get there. Not a good area. The new place was valeria house. They said they would upgrade the room as there was this hassle. They showed us the new room an it looked like a room we booked. I asked to see the room we would have had and they showed a tiny cramped dark space with the bed blocking the bathroom. Not a room I booked. He was on his phone and did not look too sorry. The stairs had loose carpets and the walls had mould. It was shameful. To sum it up it was a dodgy establishment that was not on Google which is a red flag. The actual place was horrid. Do not book this terrible place.. .

Amazing stay. My third time in Istanbul and this is the best stay. So happy we chose this hotel . The location was epic , pretty much close to all the touristic spots. A 5 minute walk to the tramway and metro . The host Mustafa was very helpful and had very good recommendations. The room is very cosy and clean. Definitely coming back again .. .
