Exceptional. Breakfast was very good Location was amazing Receptionist were amazing Mrs Irene and Ms Mecheacla they upgrade my room. Lift was very slow.

Excelent hotel in the perfect spot near the metro stations. It is located in one of the best spots near the city center without being in the too crowded areas. The hotel and the rooms were very nice and and comfortable.. We just couldn’t figure out the AC system, but otherwise everything was perfect..

A beautiful and stylish hotel.. A beautiful hotel, flawlessly clean and stylish. Perfect location to access the main city and its attractions. The only flaw was the noise of running water between walls from 7pm and 11pm on one night of our stay that couldn’t be fixed by the staff. Otherwise, this stay would have been 10/10.. .

Great location & breakfast 👍. We chose the location being very central with good reviews. My wife & i stayed two nights. Took deliberately a double bed room in the back to avoid potential street noise even if double glazed windows. Gran Via being a major road with traffic both ways around the clock. We enjoyed the breakfast choices and waiters politeness as well as trying to support any request / demand. Our only surprise for a four star hotel is that there was no kettle in the bedroom. We would come back for location and breakfast choices as well as quality. Price value for money is good too including breakfast & taxes. Highly recommended.. .

Poor. Poor , noisy double room due to school nearby and football matches in the evening. Moved room them the key card wasn't working three times to entry to room. Poor breakfast overcooked bacon, no quality coffee. No tea and coffee facilities in room . Shoddy furniture in need of updating . Will not recommend.. .

Atrium Palace: the Barcelona Bargain. The front desk staff provided us a wonderful and welcoming early check in after a tiring flight. The location was near to a central part of Barcelona which was really easy to access and the rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. The breakfast was extra pay but extremely worth it for the fresh food and free coffee that helped us throughout our day.. .
