Superb. The room was ok, very big and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great, if you are not very picky there is a huge variety. People were really helpful and nice, they let me use their microwave to heat my special food. Position is great, right in the middle of Taksim a few steps away from Istiklal. There are a lot of stores, restaurants and supermarkets near by.. The noise at night, there are pubs and bars close to the hotel so that can be disturbing..

Poor. The rooms were not very clean and I had a problem with my radiator in the winter and they had to come and fix it every day.. .

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Nothing was there to like.. I wish I could give this place zero stars. Our stay was absolutely awful due to a serious bed bug infestation, and the way the hotel handled the situation made it even worse. After inspecting the bed, we found live bed bugs crawling on the sheets and mattress seams, an absolute nightmare! When we reported the issue to the front desk, their response was completely unprofessional. Instead of showing genuine concern or offering immediate help, they downplayed the situation. They only offered to move us to another room, without confirming if that one was also infested! What’s worse? No refund, no real apology, and no effort to take responsibility. We later found out that other guests had complained about bed bugs before, meaning the hotel was well aware of the issue but chose to ignore it. The room itself was not properly cleaned, even before we found the bed bugs. the sheets had stains when we arrived. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with mold in the shower. We had to throw away some of our luggage and sanitize everything to avoid bringing bed bugs home. If you value your health, your peace of mind, and your belongings, DO NOT stay at this hotel. They clearly do not take hygiene and pest control seriously. It’s shocking that they are still in business despite such a serious issue. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

Passable. there was air conditioner and an air heater so it was okay and warm for the night. Also there was always warm water wich is nice. The breakfast was okay and the people that work here are very kind and helpful. You get what you pay but at least the working stuff is really nice.. The room was not like the photo and it had mold in the bathroom. The windows did not close well. The bedsheets were dirty it had a lot of humidity and generally we where a little disgusted to stay here.Also there is loud music from the streets during the night so you need to cover your ears to sleep. But the music usually stops 2-3 at night. Especially the weekends it was unbearable but the week was better..

Superb. Breakfast for the price was really nice. There is open buffet, some breads and simit, cheese 2-3 kind hot meals and others.. Beds was a little bit uncomfortable, I suggest them everything’s are so nice, just change bed and repair the toilets. That will be great.

Good value for money, maybe good for young people that doesn’t want to sleep.. The price is excelent for location, you’ll have everything around.. Mould in the rooms, on the walls, on the bathroom. A lot of night clubs around, even one o the same building, so don’t expect to go to sleep before 4am, where the music is played incredible loud..

I did not stay there... They took us to another building with lift thwy wanted us to go to the 7th floor using the stars... No lift available. They did not mention that before the bookkng.
