Good. It was a great person handling the management of the property. Well-spoken English with a super undrestanding of each individual guest. I have had the opportunity to talk to him and really enjoyed it.. The location is great in Aksaray and full of visiting sites with easy access to buy tram, metro, and buses as well as direct coach from Istanbul International airport with just 204 TL , but if you are not a trade person or going for textiles shopping you might find it a little crowded. Busy in the day, but quite in the night..

Save your money and go somewhere else. They do not know how to operate a proper hospitality business. Breakfast is ok.. *Staff barely understand and communicate in English. They are using Google translate for every conversation.
*If you do not know that they cleaned the room, you would not differentiate. It is very dirty even after "cleaning", hair in the bathroom floor and stained covers.
*When I asked for a massage on Sunday, as advertised, they mentioned the lady is Off that day.
*"Swimming pool", which is really a lake of diets and microns, is available from 2-10pm. I do not know why, since it is very small and there is no supervision!
*In 1 day, I asked for a technician 3 times to get channels on the TV. He did not know how to get them! The same technician gave himself the right to sit without my permission, with his dirty clothes, on the bed to play with the TV control unit to get the channels!
*I called the receptionist at night for the same TV issue, he gave himself the right, without my permission, to take my cell phone and tried to activate it in order to check if there is Internet availability!
*The receptionist kept my passport, without informing me until I discovered it was missing and remembered I might have left it with him, because I forgot my credit card PIN. When I remembered, he let me pay the full bill in advance, then he showed me my passport!
*I received a voucher after booking with them. That must be used as an option to reduce the final payment. They did not consider that, let me pay the full amount and said that the voucher is for confirming the booking. They did not know the rules and they lied, informing me that the manager said that. I have to complain to booking.com.

My stay was not very fruitful. My friend came to visit me and had to deliver something in my room for that they charged. Only location. The cleanliness was below average, no one ever changed the sheets, tap of washbasin wasn’t very clean and was partially rusted..
