TERRIBLE!!!!!. Pictures are very misleading!! Booked a superior balcony room and we were upgraded per our Amex status to Hammam suite and what a disaster!! So my review is on that suite. It’s listed as the best.. what a joke.
Room was is very very bad condition paint chipped all over bathroom and room, rust in steam room and bath areas. Shower area we didn’t dear go in or use the cheap looking towels. We used our slippers to go in shower and used my husbands clean T-shirts to dry off. Furniture was in bad condition. Room was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks.
Bed sheets and pillows look like things found in a cheap motel. It was so bad that we put our sweaters and cloths to sleep on over the pillows and sheets.
Over all the staff was very nice and seamed to care.
Advise RUN for the hills and don’t stay here at least not in that room. Will never stay here again.. .
