Overall: misleading information, unsafe conditions, poor maintenance, and very bad service.. The only positive experience was Mr. Ömer from the night shift. He is polite, kind, extremely helpful, and truly understands hospitality. He is the only reason I am giving 2 out of 10 instead of 0.. Our stay was extremely unpleasant from the moment we arrived. First of all, there is no elevator, and we were not informed in advance. Carrying luggage upstairs was very difficult, especially because the stairs are poorly designed, unsafe, and not ergonomic at all. They do not meet normal safety standards and feel genuinely dangerous. The hotel advertises a “city view”, but this is completely misleading. The room faces a hospital, with constant noise day and night. The location is also very bad unless you enjoy walking up a very steep hill every time you leave or return. They also claim to have soundproof rooms, which is absolutely not true. You can hear people talking, walking, and moving in other rooms very clearly. The rooms are much smaller than shown in the photos, making them feel cramped and uncomfortable. The room itself had many issues: -The TV remote control was not working (dead batteries). -The sink in the room was not connected to the water. -The bathroom sink was broken and could not open or close properly. -The toilet was loose and shaking, honestly feeling like it might break while using it. And, bidet nozzle is not working. -No iron in the room, despite being listed as available. -Daily cleaning service never came, even though it is clearly stated on their Booking.com profile. The morning staff were rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. One staff member even asked us for extra money in a very strange way because there was a small coffee stain on the bed linen due to an accident. He insisted we pay for new linen. I told him to contact Booking.com, and if they found it reasonable, I would pay — but linen cleaning is part of a hotel’s responsibility..

Superb. It’s quite and cozy room. Here was clean and I have everything I needed.. It was hard to find this room because I came on foot and the road was difficult..

Sympa, souriant, attentionné et de bons conseils, toute l'équipe de l'hôtel est particulièrement agréable. La situation géographique de l'hôtel est pratique (quartier Taksim) La terrasse et le menu pour manger ou boire quelque chose est très sympa. Rien.

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Hôtel bien situé, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements, propre et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. De plus, les gérants sont très sympathiques.. Les urgences en face.

. Удобное расположение- в пешей доступности от транспорта, в том числе в аэропорт. Приветливый персонал.. Очень Крутая лестница в номер, не рекомендую лицам с ограниченными возможностями..
