Exceptional. A wonderful hotel and the most wonderful staff, especially Ahmed, Mosaab, Kawthar,Sultan Diana and all the staff so that I do not forget anyone. I really felt like I was part of the family and I highly recommend it. Thank you my friends Park Hotel, see you next year!. nothing!.

Stay here if you visit Istanbul!. The hotel is located in a great area. Restaurants and good shopping! Plus the station is across the street!. Ahmed at reception was so helpful! We loved our stay even more because of him! Thank you Ahmed!.

Pleasant, convenient. Location was great. It’s near the tram stop that goes to all the tourist attractions and right opposite the airport bus. Friendly staff that served us welcome drink on the first day.. I think it would be a great place for summer but winter is a bit too cold as the heater in our room was not sufficient. Do note the bathroom is like a freezer as there is no heater. Level 5 onwards may not have wifi connections unless you are standing near the door..

Absolutely amazing. The hotel was at a really good location, 2 mins walk from the Havaist Bus stop and 2 mins walk to the Tram station. Staff was super friendly, breakfast was really good, room was good size and super comfortable. My room had 2 small balconys and amazing sunrise view. Absolutely loved my stay. Nothing to be honest..

Amazing place. Everything was exceptional. The rooms were spacious, modernly decorated, and spotlessly clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel’s location was perfect – close to all kinds of transportation. The breakfast was rich and delicious, with a variety of options to suit every taste. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and hope to return soon!. I loved everything..

Excellent stay for the price and the location. I loved the location of this hotel but most of all I was exceptionally pleased by the staff and the customer service they provided. Additionally this place is like a 3 minute walks from the Havaist’s Askaray Bus stop (from IST airport) and a 2 minute walk from the T1 tram stop. If you have bags. Ahmed from the front desk was kind enough to let me borrow an IstanbulKart for the public transport that I returned at checkout. All my public transportation needs were taken care of at one place: The Park Hotel. Thank you Ahmed for all the help you provided me with figuring out the transportation in and around Istanbul.. The walls from the hotel were very thin. On my second night there I was able to hear the people that were in the adjacent room chatting and having their TV/music on..

Good. Friendly staff, room was big and cleaning done every day.. Same breakfast everyday, not the most varied. I would suggest not to choose breakfast as an option. Some days during the daytime the internet was not working. The location is near a praying site, you'll get the call for prayer late night and early morning..

Excellent stay, location, staff and room are all perfect!. Great location, 1 min walk from tram. Very easy to get to all major attractions. Very helpful staff and really good breakfast spread.. n/a.
