Magnifica ubicación, hotel precioso y renovado, personal muy amable.. El desayuno, muy variado y de calidad. El zumo muy decente.. Los ascensores hacían algo de ruido, especialmente uno que parecía no tener bien engrasadas las poleas. Algo caro, pero no deja de ser París..

-. -. I recently stayed at this 5-star hotel but unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. I have stayed at other 5-star properties before, and this one simply does not compare.
We called ahead to request an early check-in since we were traveling with our 3-month-old baby. Over the phone, we were told that this could be arranged upon arrival. However, when we got to the hotel, the front desk informed us that it wasn’t possible but that we would be given priority to check in as early as possible. In the end, we were only able to check in at 4 PM — the regular check-in time — which was very disappointing considering our situation.
What was even more concerning was that someone entered our room while we were out for dinner without our permission or any notification. This is completely unacceptable and not something you would expect from a hotel of this standard.
Overall, the experience fell far below the level of service and professionalism expected from a 5-star hotel..

Prachtig hotel in het hartje van Parijs!. Prachtig hotel in het hartje van Parijs met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Bij aankomst kregen we een gratis upgrade van de kamer. De kamer was mooi en heel ruim met twee badkamers inclusief twee toiletten, en twee ruimtes met elk een tweepersoonsbed en tv. Het ontbijtbuffet is heel uitgebreid en zeer lekker!. We vonden het een beetje jammer dat één van de twee tweepersoonsbedden een sofabed was. Het sliep wel prima, maar voor zo'n grote en luxueuze kamer hadden wel 2 volwaardige tweepersoonsbedden gemogen..
