Nice room in great location but some issues with communication. Spacious living room. There were small trash under the sofa and tiny metal-like trash on the floor. One laundry gel ball was ripped on the shelf in the toilet so we had to clean it. Some lights were not working.
The reception lady didn’t speak English well so we didn’t know the receptionist comes only 10am on Sunday. We were supposed to check out at 9am and ask to keep our luggage, however, since there was no receptionist, one of my family had to stay at the downstairs with luggage until they come. Because we left the room putting key on the table inside. It wasn’t absolutely pleasant experience..

Superb. Clear instructions to access apartment, great location, spacious, staff responded promptly, recently renovated, elevator available. Great value for Barcelona. Apartment 4 faces Gran Via with view of Sagrada Familia from terrace. Bring ear plugs for sleeping. Some dishes were not clean, a few amenities showing some wear & tear..

Lack of towels in room ,had to ask for a bath mat , 1 old towel each , no bedding supplied for sofa bed ,no clothes drying rack,staff did not respond to messages

We had a lovely stay in Barcelona.. Clean, spacious, great view over the city, great location.. Master bed bottom legs kept collapsing. No TV even though advertised as such. Small bedroom very basic..
