. The front desk service was v good and helpful. The hotel is in a good location for the Grand Bazaar...an easy 5-7 min walk. But, whilst the bathroom was newly outfitted. There was no shower door, so your shower water splashes throughout the bathroom quite badly.The next person needs to be ok with a wet bathroom floor. It had a filthy [unhygienic] toothbrush holder; it had mold growing inside it. The media remote controls had missing batteries so I had to supply my own. The linen was of a good quality and the single bed is comfy. However the room is quite tight and my luggage had to remain open on the floor as there is no-where else. Of course, it's fairly inexpensive hotel. The staff were it's saving grace. V polite and helpful. But I've stayed in similar places and found the attention to detail of maintenance better. 6/10. .

Great service, friendly team, clean. Great service, friendly team, best breakfast. Everyone at the hotel was great and they fulfilled all my requests. The breakfast every morning was fantastic and it is a clean hotel. There is no room service but if you call reception they can offer to get you food to your room. Perfect stay! . .

. Nous avons été à Istanbul du 16 au 21 mai. Durant cette période, nous avons été hébergé dans cet hôtel qui à notre très humble avis était parfait. Les abords sont incroyables, avec un batiment très joli. Les chambres sont décoré de manière sobre et très fonctionnelle. Nous n'avions besoin de rien... Le personnel est très aidant et répond avec plaisir à vos questions et vous transmet un plan comportant les lieux touristiques (ou pas) très bien réalisé. Le petit-déjeuner est à volonté et à prendre sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer... rien de plus beau. Et enfin, que dire de la localisation? Vous êtes à 10 min à pieds des attractions du Vieil Istanbul mais si vous aimez marcher, vous pouvez aller à l'autre bout de la ville!! En bref, cet hotel mérite amplement son 5 voire plus !. .

Great staff. I walked out of a supposedly better hotel and wandered into this place. So happy that I did. The rooms are on the smaller size but this did not matter as I wasn't in Istanbul to spend my time in my room. Everything was bright, airy and clean. Best of all was the service of the young team of workers starting with the Manager. These guys went above and beyond regarding any request.. .

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Don’t go here. Spend the extra and go to a proper massage place. The massage was awful, the woman spoke the whole time to her friend and basically gave an expensive head scratch. There was a bright light from the tv. This is the first bad review I have given for a place. Was looking forward to a massage and feel more agitated leaving than when I walked in. DO NOT GO HERE. .

DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. Oh my god, I don't even know where to start. We went to the massage place downstairs, we did not stay at the hotel. Me and my husband,both muslims, where I'm wearing the hijab, got told by staff that it was family friendly and there would be NO MEN. We went inside, and there were men everywhere. It was totally rushed and I basically had to guess whether a man could come around the corner and see me (keep in mind that you're naked with only a small towel around you). The massage was awful and hurt alot, and the hamam only took a couple minutes. We waited like 40 minutes for the massage. They scam you to think its relaxing and that its only women/ safe for muslim couples; it's not.. .

Turkish bath. Although the staff were nice this was my first hamaam experience and it was not good. It felt rushed and slightly scary at times. They said it was womens only but there were men walking around which was extremely annoying and misleading as we were told otherwise. Overall was not a good experience and would not recommend, not comfortable or relaxing at all.. .
