Cozy and comfortable. The place is in a very lively and safe place. Everything is available around you from all big shops to local small ones. Also, it is very close to all ways of transportation and commuting from there is very easy to anywhere else. Mehmet at the reception is really a decent and very helpful man! He is efficient, available and quick upon any request. I would thank him intensively :). I can say overall everything was good and I just recommend more cleanliness and continuous pest control.

An experience I would pay not to go through again.. The one and only thing about the place is it's location near to everything.. The room was very very very small you can't possibly move around to do anything.
Too much noise wheathe from the rooms next door or from the air filtration system machine working around the clock.
It's not clean or filthy to be honest it doesn't make you comfortable.
The bathroom 🚽 is literally three steps away from the bed.
With a tiny clothing compartment..

The staff and the location were perfect, other than that not so good.. the location was perfect, the staff were friendly and more willing to help especially Mohamed who was all out there to help and very respectiful person.. no lift, no breakfast at all, fist night we got a room on the top floor with no lift, very exhausting indeed. The cleanness of the hotel was not that good. the room so small, the toilet very old fashion and very small, didnt like it at all..

Good. The location is in a walking distance to the city centre, several metro stations and bus stops.
The stuff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us with several questions and provided hot water for tea in the morning.. The family room is located on the 6th floor and it is not really comfortable for children or old people. Also the room is quite small for 4 people..
