I hope the management takes this matter seriously, investigates what happened, and improves their security and staff procedures to ensure this does not happen to other guests.. Wonderful hotel. Wonderful stay . This is my 3rd time . Receptionist to cleaners and kitchen staff are excellent. Rooms are exceptionally decorated and bathroom is top quality. Locations is super , very close to metro and excellent shopping centre near by also so much restaurants are snack bars . Highly recommend.. None.

. We like the clean room, the breakfast, and the location and its access to public transport.. The staff at reception were fine but they didn't smile at all.
