Convenient, clean, 15 min walk away from public transport/anything. Clean and well-maintained hotel and rooms. Quality furniture, reasonable space. Check-out is 12:00 PM, which I always find very thoughtful.. There was no fridge. The staff at the reception desk was helpful, but it was hard to communicate with them in English. This is the reason why I still don't know whether there are any parking options apart from the 5 spots in front of the hotel (we were lucky to get to the last one). I guess parking is not an actual issue given the area is a bit remote from the city's roads, and there are only warehouses, a driving school and a Metro around, so it seems parking around is not really. Another thing to have in mind is that the nearest public transport is the underground station at the coast station, and you have about 15 min walk through the warehouses, including a steep uphill/downhill. Even the Forum mall, which is quite closeby is really hard to access by foot - just the classic pedestrian-unfriendly infrastructure in Istanbul..

Good room but appalling breakfast. Lovely clean room, comfortable bed, good location for what I needed. Very helpful staff. This could have been a pleasant visit if I skipped breakfast.. Shockingly bad breakfast with no basics. Probably the worst I have had in my entire life in a hotel. No coffee, no fresh bread (stale bun in a plactic wrapping), no milk, no butter. Reheated, who knows how many times and how many days, boiled eggs. Very poor selection in general. No breakfast at all would be much better option. You can tell that no effort is put into providing breakfast, and you don't experience that in Turkey normally. It makes you realise that you take good food for granted when visiting Turkey, and it will make me to be more appreciative of famous Turkish hospitality in the future in places where they want to show their guests that they are welcome and are cared for..

The most unprofessional staff. Absolutely pathetic experience.. Ac doesn't work. They don't do anything apart from wasting time. Staff was extremely rude..

Good. Great location if you’re using the bus station. Clean room, fresh bed linen. The room has a kettle and tea, and the tea is excellent. Excellent reception staff—very helpful with dinner arrangements.. There’s nothing around, and the hotel’s restaurant offers a very limited menu at outrageous prices. Breakfast was shocking—so bad you’d never expect to encounter such a breakfast in Turkey. Perhaps it’s due to the low season. There’s barely any food. Bread comes in plastic bags. Not even bagels are available. Tables are half-empty. Plates and tables are extremely dirty. We asked for clean plates, and the staff brought equally dirty ones. The eggs, sausages, and vegetables were all dried out. It’s truly surprising. I understand it’s the low season, but I’m confident a decent breakfast could be made with simple ingredients. The shower has very low water pressure, in case that’s important to you..
