Great Hotel. The location was perfect. Right next to the Seine and Bercy Village with many small shops and an excellent selection of places to eat.
Saying that, I had lunch and dinner at the hotel (restaurant & room service). The food was excellent, hot, fast delivery, perfect portion size.
Zohra looked after me in the restaurant, and she could not have been more helpful and cheerful. She really brightened up my day (it was quite grey out there).
If you are good at foot, the Notre Dam Cathedral is only a 40 minute walk away , but there is a good public transport link.
The staff in general in the hotel was very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were well equipped with one of my favourite (more upmarket) shower gel/toiletries supplied in environmentally friendly large bottles to use there and then.
The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room I had was in general quiet (630), even thought it right next to the staff lift. I never heard a thing during bed time.
Place the "do not disturb" sign on the door and blissfully - they leave you in peace and quiet.
So all in all a most pleasant experience.
The only fly in the ointment was partially my fault. I left my favourite beloved Flask in the hotel room. Once I contacted the hotel they came back to me very quickly (I think they already sent a message to me that I left it in the room). They use a service called Peekin I believe. Sadly the postage is around Euro 24. this is far more than I paid for the flask. On one hand I understand that sending lost property to dizzy people like me can be too costly - I think this amount is just too high. I better buy a new flask - lot cheaper.
But for Paris - this hotel I would love to stay again and can recommend. .

The room was clean and had everything we needed.
The location is great, right opposite the metro station and less than 10 minutes walk from Gare de Lyon (which goes to Disneyland).
The breakfast was very nice, and there was the option to take some fruit for the day.
All the staff we met were incredibly friendly, noticeably so.
And it was great value too. In fact it was £100 cheaper than the Novotel that was near to Gare de Lyon.. .

Great location, lovely staff, perfect for a concert at a good price. The location was perfect for our concert at the Accor arena, the staff were great - I ordered room service and the lady brought pizza up to the room and I forgot a drink so she let me have the pizza, ran back down to grab me a Coke Zero and ran back up with the drinks. Everyone was super friendly. Our friends also were staying in 2 other rooms in the hotel and in comparison to our rooms theirs were much nicer and spacious.
