Do not stay in the quadruple room, and don't believe the 4 circles awarded it on booking.com. The location was close to where we needed to be.. As a family of 3, we stayed in a 'deluxe quadruple' room, but it felt more like a low quality twin room. The stove was faulty and 2 out of 4 hobs didn't work. If you turned the gas on, one that didn't work would leak gas - not exactly safe. We had to ask for a kettle and a heater because they weren't in the room and the air con wouldn't be switched on and couldn't heat anyway. The receptionist knocked loudly on our door at midnight to ask for the heater back. There were only 3 sockets that could be used and one was for the fridge and another for the kettle, so a family of 3 didn't have many options to charge devices at the same time. Only one bedroom had a wardrobe to hang clothes up, but the door was damaged and difficult to smoothly operate. This room was also the only one with a socket. Many of the cupboards and drawers for the living room/kitchen area were either out of place and wouldn't open easily, or they had caved in. The would slide out of place if you opened the door and blocked on of the drawers to the right. The kitchen floor had a floorboard that moved out of place and the bathroom had a tile missing on the wall that showed the unpleasant wall behind it. The shower also had cracks around the bottom and the water valves felt very loose, so we were worried they might fall off. The receptionists were nice enough but 3 out of the 4 we saw claimed they didn't work there and were just helping out a friend by staying at reception. These 3 also couldn't do anything to change much, because they had no power. The manager of the hotel was away because she was ill - and we hope she has made a full recovery - but on the phone she didn't want to accept much and informed us that the hotel was being repaired and that's why some things were not as expected. I don't think it's fair to advertise with pictures that are not reflective of the actual conditions in a hotel..

Superb. Great hotel. It has everything you need. Very clean and very friendly. There are many cafes nearby. The only downside is that there is a bar near the hotel where music plays until about one or two in the morning, but it's not too loud; you can bring earplugs with you. The room has everything you need, they provide water and tea, towels are changed regularly, and cleaning is done. You can order food to the room, which is a big plus if you don't have a Turkish SIM card.. It was noisy; we weren't lucky with neighbors on the first night, but on the second night, there was only noise from the bar, so we bought earplugs, and that helped..

The staff were nice helpful and smiles all the way. Beautiful city view and nice facilities. No breakfast ordered. .

Good. Staff is great. Two guys, very nice and helpful. Not far from subway. Lots of shops and fast food/restaurants nearby. Street parking is possible (though not easy to find a spot) and we parked on the street without problems. We loved Istanbul and enjoyed our time there. Public transport is cheap, but avoid busses due to traffic. Book your tickets online for tourist attractions. Research, because you cannot skip the lines everywhere and don't let the locals fool you. If you want to do some shopping, haggle for the price - possible almost everywhere, even in malls. Try to be the first customer in the morning - better chances to reduce the price. WiFi was almost always good, and when it didn't work, they fixed it quickly.. Cleanliness could be better, and ask which apartment will you get. We had no table and chairs in our apartment, and there are some with the same price with a table and chairs. Photos on Booking are a bit confusing. The main problem was (not regarding the hotel, it is present everywhere in Istanbul) calls for prayers from mosques at 5 AM. I respect everybody's right to choose religion, but I also respect my and my family's right to sleep. Tap water is not good for drinking anywhere in Istanbul, just to warn you..

After a long flight, I immediately checked in and slept very well at night.. My friend Esengul M. stayed at the hotel. Her comments are as follows: "It was close to the train station and main road. I reached to the hospital easily. There was a big shopping mall close to the hotel. The colleague was a nice woman, replied my all questions about the area. My room was very clean. The hotel was quiet.". There were a kettle, coffee and tea, maybe they could put a coffee machine as well. A refrigerator can be placed instead of the minibar. Although they gave slippers but I prefer to have a small rug in the bedroom,.

Superb. The Most hotel is definitely a nice place to stay, rooms are clean laundry is fresh and it's equipped with everything you would probably need for your stay. It's positioned near the Istanbul Cevahir Mall, 5 min walk, you can also find everything you would need at a 1 min walking distance. I would also like to mention the amazing hospitality of the host Hassan and Richard super positive guys that will make your stay even better :). Nothing to mention. Everything was fine..
