My experience at this hotel was really magnificent it was close to everything we wanted and especially the staff was at. The housekeepers come every day to clean the rooms really it was very pleasant. When I come back to Istanbul another time I will choose this hotel value for money.

I throughly enjoyed it. Real Turkey vibes. The location is great! Aslong as you are young and fit, if you walk up the hill you arrive at beyazit. If you walk down and right you end up at the McDonald’s, bottom of the Main Street up to beyazit. So you can just walk round in loops, much better now that I know the city.. The beds are hard, one small duvet( I was absolutely freezing had to sleep in my coat) the noise from people in the hotel as everything is so thin. The lift is about to fall off the rails.

Never again!. Nothing!!!. Title: Misleading 4-Star Listing - Avoid This Hotel! I recently stayed at this hotel in Istanbul (check in 8th Jan), which was listed as a 4-star establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was a complete disaster, and I feel deceived by the hotel's false representation. The room was severely lacking in basic amenities and comfort. There was only one side table, and no bed lamps were provided. The towels had visible stains, and the sink was ridiculously low, requiring me to bend down to wash my hands. The toilet was tiny, and when I sat down, my body was uncomfortably close to the sink. To add insult to injury, the hotel hdid not provide essential items like cotton pads, toothbrush, Q-tips, or tissues. When I asked for tissues, they brought me a single pack from a nearby store, which was not even a hotel-branded product. It seemed like they were just trying to silence me rather than providing a genuine solution. The slippers provided were flimsy and bent easily, making them impossible to walk in. I even challenged the receptionist to wear them, and he ended up going to a nearby store to buy me a pair of blue plastic slippers - not even a hotel-branded product! But what's even more astonishing is that there was no phone in the room. Yes, you read that right - no phone! I had to give the receptionist my WhatsApp number just to communicate with them, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 4-star. The room itself had a foul odor, and the bed mattress was cheap and uncomfortable. There were no luggage stands provided, and the lighting in the room was harsh and unflattering. To top it all off, the wall had a large crack, which was an eyesore. But the worst part of my stay was the heating system, which did not work at all. I was freezing the whole night, and it was unbearable. I tried to tolerate it, but it was impossible. When I requested a blanket to try and stay warm, they gave me a dirty one, which was stained and had a foul....

سيئة. لا شيء. The elevator does not work, very loud noises outside and inside, no view, no feeling of security, the sound of the air conditioning is terrifying at night, no respect for guests, the area is very bad and the hotel is very bad.

It was just manageable. The lift was bad and we had to carry our luggage’s to the third floor. The receptionist said he would help and disappeared when we needed him. It was a bad experience. Had to climb 3 floors each time. No phones in the rooms.. It’s location.

Pleasant. The location was good but a little bit far from the tram station. It was very noisy, you could hear everything that happened in the other rooms and in the hallway. We were woken up by people shouting at the door to their friend "ashuan". And the hotel staff didn't say anything about it. We first got a room with dirty bedding and we had to change it ourselves. And the room was very cold, air conditioning didn't work and heating too. After sleeping there for 2 days we got another room. Staff was helpful though.
