Despite its renowned reputation, my two stays at this facility were marked by discomfort and poor service, from a faulty. Just the location and spaciousness of the room.. Here’s an updated review draft reflecting your experience:
I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] for the second time, hoping for a better experience after a disappointing first stay. Unfortunately, I was let down once again.
During my first stay, the air conditioning failed in the middle of the night. I had to call the front desk multiple times, only to be told each time that they were “taking care of it,” but nothing was ever resolved. I couldn’t switch rooms without disrupting my sleep further, so I had to endure the uncomfortable conditions and lost much-needed rest before an important meeting.
Despite this experience, I decided to give the hotel a second chance, thinking that the location and brand reputation would ensure a comfortable night this time. However, when I finally went to bed after a long day of work and preparation, I discovered that there were no pillowcases on the pillows. I was exhausted and frustrated, as this simple oversight shouldn’t happen in a hotel of this caliber.
For a hotel with such a well-known brand, these issues are unacceptable. Unfortunately, both of my stays have been stressful and uncomfortable, and I won’t be returning..

Terrible Breakfast!. It is mostly like a 3 star hotel!
I booked it at Istanbul airport for $140 per night!!! They told me it is luxury Hotel and this was the most expensive hotel they offered.
The room was clean with a good size. there was no view by the window and a little noisy in morning.
The mini bar was empty!!!! just 3 bottles of water. There was a big dispenser on the bath's wall with sth like shampoo! Room service was not satisfying.
Breakfast was terrible. very small and few. the juice tasted very bad, and they gave us paper cups for it. It added a bad after taste to that.
I don't recommend this hotel at all.. .

Good hotel with nice location next to Old airport. Nice location in Istanbul. There are a lot of local restaurants and cafes nearby of a hotel. Very cozy. And very cheap.. Normal size of rooms. You can ask for no smoking room..
