Wouldn’t use again. It was a 6/7 floor house turned into a small hotel. The pictures don’t reflect the actual property, the breakfast is on the 7th floor no lift, breakfast is same 5/6 cold items everyday, 2 cheese, 2 veg, boiled egg, bread, tea, coffee. No changes at all. Stayed 10 nights didn’t even ask if we need the room cleaned or swap bed linen..

Overall staff were really friendly but did not have great facilities. Breakfast was below standard.. Staff were super polite and helpful. Rooms were a standard size.. Breakfast was not good at all. Too many stairs with kids..

A good deal for your money. the room wasn't that small but wasn't that big also, but it was comfortably spacious with three beds, a closet, a mini fridge, a small sink, a kettle, a TV, a coffee maker and few utensils, few towels and that's all the room was super clean, the view on the window wasn't as expected but okay. the breakfast was okay, not that wide ranged but okay, it's a good deal for the amount of money you're paying. the staff were kind and responsive and super sweet. the best deal out of this hotel is the area where its located, it's a somewhere of a suburb and downtown, it's close to everything (tram, metro, famous places) 10 mins walking max and if you're young 5 mins tops. the location of this hotel makes it a perfect choice because of the stores and markets near it, their prices are the lowest in all Istanbul if not all of turkey, BIM & A101 markets, also it's close to a huge clothing selling area that's famous for bulk sales but they make exceptions for tourists, i wouldn't miss it for the world.. the shower was so small and can't fits two people, barely one person, the toilet was in the same room as the shower, but it was okay. there was a lot of facilities mentioned in the description but they were nowhere to be found, such as: bathrobes, a shred kitchen, dining table, toaster, oven, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, drying rack for clothing, desk, blu-ray player, iPod dock, video games, cd/dvd player. trouser press, ironing services, dry cleaning and laundry, they included these services within the description as free and comes with the room but they were not. the internet was good but in the last 3 days it was so bad and slow. the big downside is the stairs, there's no elevator in this hotel and there's 6 floors (ground with reception, 1 to 5 for rooms, two room each, and 6 to the breakfast area) the stairs were real torture especially with luggage, and if you have elderly with you that's a mission impossible.

Pleasant. Nice view, but tiring to get to the top of the building. To many stairs, no left..

Good. The mattresses were vey comfortable. The door was broken and the bathroom sink was broken.

Pleasant. The staff were very very nice 👌 👍.The location is in the old city centre..By walking around 5 min you will find bus and U bahn(underground train)station..Kumpaki..The hotel is very old,but the room was clean... Breakfast could be little bit better but for the money is ok...

Great, friendly place!. We loved this friendly place and stayed here on a couple of occasions. It's a little bit out of the main tourist area which we loved because the neighbouring businesses are cobblers, fruit sellers, repair shops etc giving you a real feel for the local neighbourhood. Saying that, all of the main tourist attractions are easily reached on foot. The reception staff are funny and friendly and gave us some good tips for local restaurants, bath houses and transport options. The accommodation itself is great, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. The rooftop breakfast area is very nice.. .

Bad. Close to bazars and restaurants. The water cut off for the whole day,the staff were very rude,the heating wasn't working when I asked them to fix it they replied (you are not in a 5 star hotel).
