Everyone is wonderful from reception, F&B and Housekeeping. Amazing people. The housekeepers are exceptionally good, very polite, very clean and efficient. Hawa especially and the supervisor Sehriban. .

. He’s a good hotel clean. The stuff is very good breakfast good the only things I don’t like it. I recommend do not eat or drink in your room because you’re gonna cost you a lot of money. .

Such a beautiful experience. Both my wife and I had a very good experience by all means. Service we very good and was worth every penny. Staff were amazing: very helpful and very warm. I remember some of the names in addition to the manager haydar: Salatin, Mert, Mehmet Nahail ... sorry if I spelled any of them incorrectly or if I missed any names. I strongly recommend other tourists to experience this hotel. For sure, in my next visit to Istanbul, I will choose it to stay. . .
