Poor. Nice simple décor and comfortable room. From 4am the person in thr room directly above was walking around in shoes non stop. I left at 6 to get an earlier train so that I could sleep.

Location , c. Location is amazing , lots of metro and bus around , stores and yet the hotel is in a quiet street.
15 mns walk from the Eiffel Tower and Champs de Mars .
The staff is very welcoming and efficient especially Farouk
Housekeeping very polite , smiling and efficient .
Did not take the breakfast there so can’t comment on the food .. N/A.

Great location, great staff, lovely atmosphere; just never stay in ground floor.. The hotel has great location. Staff was extremely helpful. The decoration was rustical and nice.. There is a critical downside of the hotel which are rooms number 1 and 2.
These rooms are located in the lobby (literally) and right next to elevator. It is impossible to sleep because of the noise and lack of sound insulation.
After a sleepless night, the hotel staff were kind and helpful enough to change our room but due to high occupancy, they offered us another hotel and arranged the smooth transition.
Overall, the hotel is a good choice for Paris stay definitely excluding rooms no 1&2..
