Amazing Hotel. I don't know if words can appropriately describe the fantastic experience my husband and I had staying at Palazzo Roma for eight nights. Everything was perfect, and I am not easy to please. Our room was gorgeous, the restaurant was fantastic and the staff were phenomenal. Oliver Hutton, checked in on us daily and even added a beautiful chair, which we had not requested, so we would be more comfortable to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening in our room. Oliver left partway through our stay and Ricardo took wonderful care of us for the remainder of our stay. We have travelled the world and stayed in beautiful hotels, but Palazzo Roma is absolutely at the top of my favorites.. .

Palazzo Roma ist ein wundervolles, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel im Herzen Roms. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es liegt absolut im Zentrum. Allerbeste Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel und wunderschön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück wird am Tisch serviert. Margerita und auch alle anderen waren überaus freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Seele des Hotels ist der Manager Oliver Hutten . Er ist immer zu Stelle und bietet Tipps und Hilfe zu jeder Zeit. Wir würden dieses Hotel, beim nächste Aufenthalt in Rom, wieder buchen.. .

Fun in Rome. Unique decor, very helpful wait staff, and ideal central location made this a wonderful stay. I felt comfortable and safe the entire time. I highly recommend.. .

The eternal Hotel. Visiting Rome and not staying at Palazzo Roma would be a crime. Forget the big hotel chains and their silly upgrades and breakfast. Don’t skimp and Book a premium room with 20 foot tall cabinets and curtains. From the ever smiling hostess Margarita during breakfast which is an over the top affair to the super polite Lorenzo at the reception, the team will ensure that you are treated like royalty. The carara marbled bathroom with 3 showerheads will keep you there for hours. The 3 lounges with the 100 clocks and busts of music Maestros will beckon you when you want to read a book. Trevi and Pantheon are within earshot distance. Looking over all of these amenities and keeping guests happy is the Haute Manager - Oliver. Seriously, don’t miss Palazzo Roma, it’s where dreams are fulfilled. .

Lovely - and like a museum. This hotel has earned its place on Conde Nast's list of best Italian hotels for 2025. A truly unique hotel - decorated so opulently with works of art you'd think you are in a museum. The breakfast in the morning lives up to the hotels furnishings - it's lavish and delicious. Room was like being in a palace. Even though you are in the heart of Rome it feels like you are separated from the chaos of the crowds. Although there is no gym on property, you can use a small one at a sister property a minute walk away or get a day pass at a proper gym down street. Definitely a great add to the wonderful choices in la città eterna.. .

This Hotel is Just Amazing!. Staying at Palazzo Roma was a dream come true. I loved every minute of this absolutely beautiful hotel. Oliver the Concierge and I were in touch before I arrived, he made my travel easy and stress free with help getting transport from the airport. I had asked Oliver about the work of a particular Rome based artist I wanted to see and asked him if he could look into the possibility. When I arrived he was there waiting and every one was so corteous. Mamadu was the valet who met my taxi and helped with my bags. He was so kind and we had such a great conversation, the check in experience was seemless and THE ROOM! It was stunning. It was the perfect home base for a few days of busy sight seeing and room service after a long day was DIVINE! The turn down service was just so beautiful I felt like a princess at Palazzo Roma. Thank you to everyone who made my stay so great. Oliver worked hard to find the artist for me and even followed up after my stay with updates about the artist and where they would be showing next. THANK YOU to Palazzo Roma for a truly remarkable stay!. .

A wonderful stay. The look of the hotel makes it unique with a great location. The initial room which was too noisy.
