Good to know. I am writing this letter to thank you for the wonderful care and as an appreciation for the services from your staff. It was our first visit, and we were really concerned regarding the service but no doubt we had a wonderful time staying over here.
Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind including Gur Shan in room service and Ergul in the kitchen.
Cem at the reception was particularly helpful and attentive, as much as Hanife, Musa and the rest of your staff.
N.B: the bed was so comfortable as well.
